For bug reports, including a few details makes it much easier to fix things quickly:

  • Your device & browser

    e.g. iPhone 13, Safari — or Windows 11, Firefox. It helps us reproduce issues.

  • A screenshot

    If something looks wrong on the board or in your stats, a picture says it best.

  • What you expected

    A sentence about what should have happened makes bug reports twice as useful.
